Neha Paranjpe
Branding Expert & Mental Wellbeing Advocate
Neha is a marketing and branding professional by day, and an artist by night. Her deep passion for psychology and mental wellbeing, combined with her need for creative satisfaction led her to explore art for better mental wellness. She uses simple lines and patterns to create artwork that is soothing, relaxing and helps her tap into a daily sense of calm.
She uses the strategies she has learnt to help others find a way out of their stress through art too, and believes that everyone can be creative, no matter what their day job is. In this workshop, she will discuss various concepts like Zentangling, flow state and her personal experiences with the impact of art on mental health.

This workshop is for beginners and non-artists. We will explore uncomplicated ways of putting pen to paper and creating patterns that allow you to zone out from the rest of the world.
