For the first consultation session, in case you decide that you don’t need the session anymore and cancel 12 hrs prior to the session your money will be refunded.

For the first consultation session, if your session was rescheduled due to a technical issue from Ananda’s end and you wish to cancel the session altogether, your money will be refunded.
