I use Dream Therapy as it is easier to induce motivation and heal effectively by training your subconscious mind through it. I also use Client/Person centred therapy as it is the one for all kinds of therapy as every individual is unique and so are his/her Issues. Carl Rogers always focused on empathy and unconditional positive regard through therapy and that Is what I follow. I personally believe that pitching any form of art into therapy like art, dance, music always works wonders when it comes to expressing and relieving certain stresses. I mostly go with Art Therapy as it involves colours, shapes, flows, and strokes and reflects much of what a person cannot verbalise.
