Build A Healthy Relationship With Food

Midnight snacking, overeating, skipping meals, purging out eaten meals or only eating fast food are some examples of unhealthy eating habits. The underlying causes for these behaviours must be addressed if you want to control them.
The fear of gaining weight and the obsession to look a certain way to meet beauty standards is also highly prevalent.
