An interpersonal relationship is a social connection between two or more people. Interpersonal relationships can include your partner, close friends, acquaintances, co-workers, neighbours and many others who make up the social circle in your life.
There are many different types of relationships. The primary four types of relationships are family relationships, friendships, acquaintanceships and romantic relationships.
Each bond has to be nurtured and catered to for it to last. At times, there may be a breakage in your relationship. But re-connecting and carrying the relationship forward requires effort.
Our mental health affects how we think, feel and act. And sometimes, we’re not completely ok – and that’s fine. Talk to a counsellor to reclaim your emotional, psychological and social wellbeing.
