Sessions with our therapists will be scheduled through a Google Meet invitation sent to you on your registered email address.

If you are unable to join the first session due to unforeseen issues, another session will be rescheduled according to the therapists’ availability and your convenience.

Due to some reasons, if you still cannot join the rescheduled session,  it will be assumed that you attended the entire session, and no refunds will be given; as mentioned in Ananda’s Rescheduling policy
