Letting go of specific worries or incidences of trouble can get tricky. It is a challenging job for someone doing it for the first time. We often brood in the past and hold grudges against people and situations for the longest time, costing us mental peace and happiness. We must understand that letting go and accepting new changes will bring fresh air and positivity, giving us a unique perspective to look at life differently.

The worksheet on the Art of Letting Go is made for individuals who struggle to let go of things and need assistance and guidance to help them sort out their worries. While solving the worksheet, there are some balloons already drawn for you. Your job is to jot down the things you want to let go of in those balloons provided and imagine releasing them in the air. Once this emotional burden is off your chest, take some time to think about your feelings after completing this activity. Reflect a little.
