How many times have you decided to take a break from your mundane routine and pause just for a while? To take a breath in and unwind for a minute? Seems highly impossible right? But as humans we need to understand that taking a break and pausing for a while is essential for the mind and body to rejuvenate and work efficiently. Taking breaks and time outs should never be looked down upon or shunned as it only signifies how much you care for yourself and your mental peace which each one of us deserves for the hard work we put in.
The activity of Pause and Play is designed in a manner to help you take that crucial time out from your daily hassle, stress and unwind to live a peaceful life. The activity asks you to list down the stressors that you are currently facing to help you deal with each of them individually after which you are required to pen down your thoughts and feelings surrounding a particular stressor.
Making a note of such things will help you to not feel anxious and panicky about the situation but allow you to come up with solutions regarding the problem to be solved as you shall be able to join all the dots together and get a clear picture of the situation at hand.
