When was the last time you noticed positive changes occurring in your life and inculcated those changes into your life? There are rarely such incidents where we pay attention to the positives happening around us as we are busy focusing on the negatives and trying to rectify them and to outgrow them. But is this enough for us to live a happy life? Let us begin focusing on the pleasant aspects of our life that will help us deal with the daily stressors and improve our lifestyle.

The Sunny Side Up worksheet is specially designed for you to address the positive things occurring around you which shall help you deal with daily life hassles effectively. On the worksheet you are required to draw a flower in such a way that the centre comprises a stressor that you are experiencing and want to address surrounded by petals of the flower which you can fill up with the current positive things that have happened to you which you have noticed and are grateful for. This will help you to set your perspective with a more positive filter for it.
