A shout out to all the food lovers of Pune city!!
Team Ananda conducted their last Ananda Chat of 2022 on the topic ‘Eating habits’ on Fergusson College road on 30th December from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
We approached people with questions like
‘Do you think you have healthy eating habits?’
‘Do you use food as a coping mechanism?’
‘Do you binge eat during stressful times?’
‘What is your ideal diet?’.
The responses we received varied from strict healthy eating habits to occasionally eating junk to indulging in fast food multiple times a week.
Those who stay away from home mentioned that unfortunately eating at fast food stalls or ordering in is their main source of satisfying their hunger. They crave for home-cooked meals but do not know how to cook or don’t have access to it.
We reminded them to a eat balanced diet and focus on their physical as well as mental health
Ananda.ai Chat aims to spread mental well-being awareness through commonly understandable topics. These questions made the people think about their regular food consumption and its effect on their health.
Ananda Chat has and will keep coming up with questions and themes that will redirect the audience’s train of thought toward preserving mental well-being.
