The Greek God of Bollywood -Hrithik Roshan- has been adored for his outstanding physique, looks and acting skills for decades. Once again, delivering his best, the actor starred in the movie War alongside Tiger Shroff.
The actor aimed for perfection in portraying the role of Major Kabir Dhaliwal in the movie. Although, the role tested the hunk’s physical and mental strength. He reports that he felt he was dying during the shooting of the movie War, which was released in 2019.
Hrithik Roshan revealed that right after the shoot was packed up, he experienced adrenaline fatigue and could not move or train for 3-4 months. He knew he was on the verge of depression and hence took steps toward mental wellbeing.
The skilled dancer also shared his healing journey, which he claims to have enjoyed very much.
During the shoot, Hrithik was apprehensive about his performance and thought people would find him no good. He pushed himself and felt like he was dying. The mental and physical strain took a toll on the actor’s overall health to the point that, on some nights, the actor was not sure if he would wake up the next morning.
Admitting all this to his trainer Kris Gethin, the star also added that he felt completely lost during his battle with depression. Thankfully, the actor recognized his condition and decided to change his lifestyle at the right time.
