Team Ananda is back with its most interesting and popular initiative, Ananda Chat!
The last topic for Ananda Chat was “Vacations!” and it was carried out on 16th December, Friday, from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm on JM Road, Pune.
Since Christmas is approaching, followed by the New Year, people are excited for the winter break and set for vacations.
We went in with the questions like
- What do you like to do on vacations?
- Do you think vacations are important?
We got a few typical answers about trips, pending work, and family times.
However, students who had the added pressure of exams had an itinerary planned for their vacations after the examination.
Every person we surveyed had a different opinion on vacations, and their plans to spend their vacations also varied.
Some worked hectic jobs and claimed that vacations were alien to them, but added that their ideal vacation would be to relax and get out of their day-to-day routine. It is very worrisome to hear that people just dream of a simple vacation everyone deserves.
It certainly is alarming that we have mechanically accepted by trading our simple well-being.
Team Ananda.ai also received an extremely interesting set of answers to the question, ‘If Santa Claus grants you a wish, what would you ask for your mental health?’ People talked about having my time, some serenity and peace, and a better level of contentment and growth in the world.
These answers varied from person to person but had a very positive tinge overall.
Ananda.ai Chat aims to spread mental well-being awareness through commonly understandable topics. These questions made the people think about what more could be done for their mental health with specific planning, which fulfilled the objective of that event.
Ananda Chat has and will keep coming up with questions and themes that will redirect the audience’s train of thought toward preserving mental well-being.
