Each year we make a resolution like the above.
Team Ananda conducted our initiative ‘Ananda Chat’ on M.G. Road, Pune on 23rd December, 2022 from 4:30pm to 6:30 pm.
We walked down M.G. Road asking people questions like
‘What are your new year’s resolutions?’
‘What resolutions from last year did you successfully achieve?’
‘What are your mental health goals for this year?’
‘What resolutions did you make last year that you could not achieve?’
The answers we received were very candid and spontaneous. Some spoke of working on their relationships, some about stepping up in their profession, some shared that they wish to explore the world more and some have made a resolution to work on self-development.
When it came to mental health, quite a few were very aware about the hardships they would like to overcome while the others had to scratch their heads for it and with a little push from the team, they could come up with a goal for better mental health.
Ananda.ai Chat aims to spread mental well-being awareness through commonly understandable topics. These questions made the people think about what more could be done for their mental health with specific planning, which fulfilled the objective of that event.
Ananda Chat has and will keep coming up with questions and themes that will redirect the audience’s train of thought toward preserving mental well-being.
